What makes Avant Parc an attraction?
Sembawang is an area in the Northern-most portion of Singapore, encompassing the largest land mass within the Sembawang Group Representation Constituency, the incumbent Member of Parliament for the Sembawang Constituency is Mr Khaw Boon Wan. The contituency jurisdiction extends into the  Woodlands New Town, bordering the Woodlands,  Marsiling and Admiralty constituency. It is the closest point to Penisular Malaysia.
The Sembawang Road End region contains some of the historically important colonial architecture which remains standing on the mail land till this day. Towards the north-west lies the new residential town of Sembawang, replacing  the previous satellite town of Sembawang Road End, of which the latter was phrased out in early 2004 under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme.
Despite the relatively large development in the new residential area, Sembawang remains a largely suburban residential area with the military, industrial and recreational facilities at its periphery. It hosted a major naval base and port facilities since the early 20th century, and continues to handle regular shipping traffic today.
Extensive land reclamation throughout Singapore has left Sembawang with one of the country’s last natural beaches, the Wak Hassan Beach located at Sembawang Park.
Its the ideal environment to get away from the daily busy city life. One of the rare few landed properties that comes with sea view.
